📋 Description

• Our mission at Oura is to empower every person to own their inner potential. • Our award-winning products help our global community gain a deeper knowledge of their readiness, activity, and sleep quality by using their Oura Ring and its connected app. • We’re looking for a Director of Financial Systems to develop and execute the strategic roadmap for our financial technology stack. • You’ll optimize and scale our ERP (NetSuite) and other critical financial systems, ensuring compliance with SOC2, SOX, and other regulatory frameworks. • Success in this role requires exceptional project management, communication, and collaboration skills to drive efficiency and scalability. • As the Director of Financial Systems, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of our financial systems, with a primary focus on Accounting technology and support for FP&A. • You’ll partner closely with the VP of Accounting and VP of FP&A to enhance financial operations, improve automation, and enable data-driven decision-making. • This is a remote US role with a slight preference for candidates based in CST or EST timezones.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Certifications such as CPA, CMA, or NetSuite certifications are preferred. • 10+ years of experience managing financial systems, with a focus on ERP platforms such as NetSuite. • 5+ years NetSuite experience • Strong functional knowledge of core accounting processes as they relate to NetSuite ERP • Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams, drive system enhancements, and execute effectively in a dynamic environment. • Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial operations best practices. • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset. • Experience in a high-growth or pre-IPO environment is a plus.
