📋 Description

• The Director of Finance shapes financial models to support strategic decision-making and drive sustainable growth. • Works closely with the CFO and oversees finance and accounting operations. • Influences pricing strategy, financial planning, accounting processes, and capital efficiency. • Implements sensitivity analysis and scenario planning to assess financial risks and opportunities. • Leads financial reporting, ensuring precision and thoroughness in deliverables. • Manages capital efficiency, pricing strategy, and the company budget. • Develops long-term financial plans including investment strategies and business expansions. • Enhances team productivity across the organization with effective KPIs. • Tracks and reports on KPIs to measure financial health and operational success. • Drives communication across departments for efficient decision-making. • Partners with senior leadership to align financial strategies with company goals. • Maintains agility and adaptability in dynamic business environments. • Reports to the Chief Financial Officer.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in finance within the finance industry, such as Financial Services, Wealth Management or Fintech. • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field. • CFA Level 3 required. • MBA or graduate of a Top 30 MBA program preferred. • Highly skilled in building comprehensive financial models (e.g., 3-statement, cash flow models). • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling tools and software (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI). • Experience in or overseeing accounting functions and financial reporting standards. • Proven track record of success in high-growth environments. • At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing assets, with capital management skills. • Experience with financial audit and collateral field exams for Asset-Based Lending (ABL) facility preferred. • Previous experience in a top-tier management consulting firm and/or a fast-paced, high-growth company in a director or higher role preferred.
