• Swan is the USA’s #1 Bitcoin wealth platform for families and businesses. • Seeking a strategic Chief Investment Officer to lead investment strategy and corporate advisory business. • Responsible for managing capital allocation, optimizing portfolio performance, and driving investment innovation. • Will design and manage joint ventures, leveraging relationships for new market opportunities. • Explore and implement novel Bitcoin-based financial structures aligning with demand. • Develop frameworks for engaging financial institutions with Bitcoin investment vehicles. • Lead partnerships with institutions and corporate clients adopting Bitcoin. • Establish relationships with institutional investors to scale Bitcoin investment adoption. • Build and manage a high-performing investment team.
🎯 Requirements
• 15+ years of investment leadership, with significant Wall Street experience in asset management, hedge funds, investment banking, or private equity. • Proven track record of collaboration across institutional and corporate partners. • Expertise in portfolio management, capital markets, and financial risk assessment. • Deep commitment to educating and onboarding corporate treasuries and traditional financial institutions into Bitcoin. • Ability to explain the differences between Bitcoin and crypto. • Prior experience in the Bitcoin industry preferred but not required. • Ideally based in New York City area. • Compensation based on location and experience, may include base salary, bonus, equity, and benefits.
