📋 Description

• As the Vice President of Finance, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the finance function and managing the finance team. • You will be expected to provide profit analysis, make recommendations on key business decisions, manage cash flow, and ensure the financial health of our organization. • This role also requires a seasoned professional who can manage the financial activities of various LLCs that roll up into the core company, handling complex intercompany relationships and transactions. • Major Duties & Responsibilities: • Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy to support long-term growth objectives. • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the executive team. • Intercompany Accounting: Oversee the management of intercompany transactions and reconciliations across multiple entities. • Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations and maintain accurate intercompany accounts. • Tax Strategy and Compliance: Lead tax planning initiatives to optimize the company’s tax position. • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international tax regulations. • Manage relationships with external tax advisors and auditors. • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to the company. • Oversee insurance and risk management programs. • Asset and Investment Management: Manage the company’s investment portfolio and assess opportunities to maximize returns. • Oversee asset management, ensuring proper valuation, utilization, and reporting. • Financial Operations and Oversight: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements. • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes. • Supervise and mentor the finance team to ensure operational excellence. • Cash Forecasting Expertise: Demonstrated ability to develop and manage accurate cash flow forecasts, ensuring optimal liquidity and alignment with organizational financial strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including managing intercompany accounting and large financial accounts. • Strong expertise in tax planning, compliance, and financial reporting. • Experience with IME and Peer Review services and the Workers’ Compensation Commercial and Government markets is a plus. • Demonstrated success in risk management, investment management, and asset optimization. • Proven ability to manage, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Strong business acumen. • Strong knowledge of financial systems and tools, with experience in Oracle’s Netsuite.
