Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect and document requirements for the mobile trade-in device processing software • Help prioritize backlog according to product vision, market value and ROI • Help create release plans for each of the teams major releases • Works with other development roles as well as outside of the development organization (horizontally across org) to independently communicate vision, explain functionality, and answer questions • Creates detailed Requirements (business and technical) and Operational documents related to the product • Analyze and assess existing business processes and systems to uncover opportunities for improvement and optimization • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to mobile device trade-in solutions • Maintain close coordination with functional owners and design solutions

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within the Supply Chain and/or Telecommunications industry • API or data integration experience is highly desired • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, adept at translating intricate business requirements into technical solutions • Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis methodologies, committed to delivering top-quality solutions that align with business objectives and surpass customer expectations • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs and exceed customer expectations • Familiarity with software testing principles and practices • Knowledge of software development tools and technologies is a plus • Highly desirable experience with Atlassian tools (Jira + Confluence)
