• GEICO is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to join our People Technology organization supporting Workday. • Help build high performing, low maintenance, zero-downtime platforms and applications. • Drive transformation as we transition to a tech organization with engineering excellence as its mission. • Support projects involving major people technology and HR systems built to support GEICO’s needs and strategy. • Design, develop, and ensure the maintenance of scalable and reliable software solutions or processes.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Workday HR systems in at least one area: Absence, Core HCM, Recruiting, Reporting and Time Tracking • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving operational efficiency and automation • Strong oral and written communication skills • Experience with enterprise-level documentation authoring and design • 2+ years of experience with HR/People systems (Workday preferred)
