Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience in an IT-related field required. • 2+ years of experience working in Managed File Transfer (MFT) technologies. • Experience in the financial services or healthcare industry is a plus. • Ideal candidate will be action-oriented, accountable, decisive, resilient/adaptable to change, and able to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, IT peers, and business partners. • Moderate knowledge on PGP and SFTP/SSH encryption algorithms, data security, and compliance standards. • Basic to moderate knowledge of managed file protocols and technologies (FTP, SFTP, FTPS, SSH, SSL, HTTPS). • Basic knowledge of batch job scheduling, tools, and frameworks. • Basic technical proficiency with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python, SQL stored procedures for MS SQL Server). • Basic experience managing file transfers in cloud-based environments. • AWS certifications favorable. • Basic to moderate experience working with Jscape, AWS Transfer Family or other MFT services. • Basic understanding of ITIL process and tools (change control, incidents, service requests, CMDB). • Basic understanding with agile methodologies utilizing scrum and Kanban. • Jira experience favorable.
