Description

• Responsible for researching, development and performing compliance reviews based upon client, regulatory and internal requirements. • Includes analysis of records, reports, regulations and operating procedures and practices. • Provide corresponding reporting for Operations and Clients. • Analyze records, reports, regulations and operating practices and issues reports on regulatory control adherence. • Participate on special projects and targeted reviews as required. • Perform testing for new systems and system controls. • Conduct quality compliance reviews on peers. • Responsible for the performance of quantitative and qualitative research to further support review findings, including root cause analysis. • Review Business controls, policies, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance. • Participate in client teleconferences where regulatory controls are reviewed. • Creates reports and trending analysis and presents final review findings to Operations. • Effectively communicates regulatory issues to Operations to ensure process compliance and adherence. • Conduct associate training.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of progressive work experience in operational compliance or audit experience. • A minimum of 4 years of insurance, claims, or service contract experience. • Minimum of 2 years of experience utilizing data analysis and improvement tools. • Demonstrated ability to achieve results through working cross-functionally, influencing others, making timely decisions while considering needed trade-offs, negotiating conflicts, as needed. • Strong problem-solving ability and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and align activities and priorities to meet organizational goals. • Experience collaborating with and influencing colleagues across business functions.
