• The role facilitates M&A initiatives across the enterprise. • Must leverage strong business acumen and HR knowledge to facilitate M&A transactions. • Assist with special projects and process improvement efforts for People Organization priorities.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including • Prior mergers and acquisitions experience – min of two years or involvement in four or more transactions • Prior experience as an HR business partner, compensation and/or benefits specialist • Strong communications and strong presentation skills: demonstrated experience developing and presenting (verbally and written) M&A and transformation plans and status reports to executive audiences • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in HR or similar field. • Demonstrated minimum of 3 years project/program management experience • Individual must possess the confidence to respond quickly in unfamiliar situations and rely on both data as well as judgment to help navigate the fast moving M&A environment. • Strong customer service skills. • Have the ability to perform in an ambiguous environment and make decisions in short timeframes. • Strong MS Office skills • Expertise in acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, recruiting, HR generalist, and or compensation/stock programs preferred. • Master’s Degree or MBA preferred • Completion of formal change leadership training. • Completion of formal project management training.
