Description

• Create and maintain reports on product performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions. • Develop, update, and maintain product and release documentation, including release notes and system guides, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. • Design and refine product support materials (e.g., visual collaboration documents, workflows, specifications) tailored for various audiences. • Analyze data to track the success of implemented solutions, providing insights that drive continuous improvement. • Analyze needs and prioritize projects/initiatives aligned with product goals. • Support the Product Management team in creating Product Requirement Documents (PRDs). • Conduct competitive analysis of products and market trends to provide actionable insights on market positioning and product differentiation. • Perform thorough market research to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvements. • Identify and advocate for process improvements.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Product Analyst capacity. • Proven analytical and conceptual thinking skills and attention to detail. • Experience working with cross functional teams.
