Description

• Provide exceptional front-line customer service to policyholders and clients. • Respond to incoming customer inquiries in a high volume inbound call center. • Process insurance policies, certificates, endorsements, and cancellations for clients and customers. • Analyze and resolve customer processing problems or errors. • Communicate with external clients and internal departments.

Requirements

• 2-year customer service experience in a high call volume environment. • Property and Casualty Insurance Producer/Personal or General lines License Required. • High School Diploma or GED. • Working knowledge of Windows-based programs and basic data entry skills. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong time management skills. • Strong analytical skills. • Ability to adapt quickly as procedure/client needs change. • Good mathematical skills. • Call center experience (preferred). • Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates must be able to speak, read and write effectively in both languages (preferred).
