Description

β€’ Provide exceptional front-line customer service to policyholders and clients. β€’ Respond to incoming customer inquiries in a high volume inbound call center. β€’ Process insurance policies, certificates, endorsements, and cancellations for clients and customers. β€’ Analyze and resolve customer processing problems or errors. β€’ Communicate with external clients and internal departments.

Requirements

β€’ 2-year customer service experience in a high call volume environment. β€’ Property and Casualty Insurance Producer/Personal or General lines License Required. β€’ High School Diploma or GED. β€’ Working knowledge of Windows-based programs and basic data entry skills. β€’ Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Strong time management skills. β€’ Strong analytical skills. β€’ Ability to adapt quickly as procedure/client needs change. β€’ Good mathematical skills. β€’ Call center experience (preferred). β€’ Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates must be able to speak, read and write effectively in both languages (preferred).
