• Create and implement a reliable test automation framework that is user-friendly and easy to maintain. • Develop and sustain automated test scripts and libraries to ensure they are reusable and easy to maintain. • Offer guidance and mentorship to QA automation engineers on best practices and standards in test automation. • Collaborate with cross-functional Quality Engineering teams to grasp complex product features; define and execute the automation testing strategy. • Track, evaluate, and report on the efficiency of test automation efforts, including test coverage and defect detection rates. • Ensure the integration of automated tests within our continuous integration and deployment pipeline. • Keep current with software testing standards, methodologies, and the latest trends in test automation.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline. • 8 years of experience in test automation or software development, with a focus on building test automation frameworks. • Experience with TypeScript or .NET/C#. • Automation framework development for Desktop Applications • Proficiency in programming languages or scripts such as C#, Java, TypeScript, or similar. • Extensive experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, FlaUI, etc.). • Familiarity with CI/CD systems and version control tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git). • Proven ability to design and develop scalable and cross-platform test automation solutions. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Advanced English
