Description

• Analyze and understand different marketing projects, tools, and initiatives and their implementation needs. • Organize marketing resources to meet the requirements of the initiatives and campaigns. • Interact with stakeholders with valuable information about the project and team status. • Implementing and training on different agile methodologies or frameworks applied to marketing operations. • Identify performance and maturity metrics for agile development teams. • Provide effective and timely assistance to agile marketing teams for conflict resolution. • Independent and proactive in carrying out assigned tasks and supporting those of their assigned teams.

Requirements

• Solid experience leading marketing campaigns following Agile methodologies. • Proficient use of Jira for iteration planning, issue tracking, and Confluence to maintain essential project documentation. • Skilled in creating concise and effective documentation (internal and public) for marketing projects, ensuring clarity and knowledge transfer. • Well-versed injecting quality standards and best practices, particularly those related to brand digital and website design. • Advanced command of the English language.
