β’ Work Location: Remote, United Kingdom β’ Responsible for acting as a trusted advisor, strategic partner, and subject matter expert. β’ Manage employee relations issues while driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives. β’ Bridge the gap between traditional HRBP responsibilities and employee relations expertise. β’ Serve as the primary point of contact in EMEA for handling workplace conflicts, mediations, and disputes. β’ Maintain a deep understanding of employment laws and regulations across regions (e.g., EMEA/APAC). β’ Partner with leadership teams to align ER strategies with organizational goals and workforce needs. β’ Support day-to-day HRBP activities such as workforce planning, talent management.
β’ Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field β’ 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role with significant experience in employee relations β’ Experience conducting investigations and managing complex employee relations cases β’ Experience working in an international, matrixed organization β’ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization β’ Global mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail β’ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment β’ High degree of emotional intelligence, problem-solving ability, and discretion in handling sensitive matters β’ Familiarity with cloud-based data access and sharing software, i.e., Google Drive, Enterprise Resource Planning software, i.e., Workday, Office Suite software, i.e., Google docs, sheets, Microsoft suite, etc.
