Description

• Ensure seamless execution of release schedules and driving engineering initiatives to completion. • Collaborate with internal engineering teams, remove roadblocks, and maintain alignment to meet business and technical goals. • Ownership of release planning and management, as well as oversight of additional engineering projects critical to operations. • Lead efforts to improve team processes, integrating best practices in Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies.

Requirements

• Strong foundational knowledge in software engineering, systems architecture, or IT infrastructure. • Familiarity with cloud technologies, APIs, and enterprise systems. • Proficiency in managing large-scale, multi-phase technical programs. • Skilled in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies, as well as tools like JIRA, Trello, and Confluence. • Outstanding interpersonal skills for leading cross-functional teams. • Expertise in facilitating discussions.
