Description
• Advocate for OSS Airflow users and Astronomer customers. • Host public workshops, webinars, and other educational content. • Lead technical enablement events with Astronomer customers. • Attend and speak at conferences, meetups, and data events. • Help lead technical content initiatives on Airflow and Astronomer integrations. • Serve as a “day 0” customer for new features and integrations. • Collaborate heavily with talented teammates.
Requirements
• 4-6 years experience in a developer advocate or related role. • Passionate about data and has a working knowledge of modern data tools. • Strong technical background and experience coding in Python. • Passionate about teaching and sharing knowledge. • Great communicator — loves writing and public speaking, and can clearly express ideas. • Adaptable – adjusts well to shifting priorities and can adapt communication style. • Deeply empathetic and a great listener. • Able to travel within the US up to several times per month.
