Description

• Supervises and monitors the entire workflow of the payroll implementation team • Provides support and coaching to Implementation Specialists • Ensures effective and efficient payroll processing for all new clients • Coaches and mentors implementation payroll team on the proper processes • Investigates and corrects errors on implementation cases in CRM system • Troubleshoots escalated payroll and tax anomalies with support groups • Evaluates staff’s performance and recommends annual increases • Builds strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or Accounting preferred • 5+ years of experience in either implementation or payroll activities • 2+ years of proven, successful managerial experience • CPP certifications a plus • Strong Microsoft Office and Salesforce skills • Robust reporting and analytical skills • Polished communication skills – both verbal and written
