Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role. • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams. • Proficient in SQL and relational databases; Linux shell commands is a plus. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Algorithmic thinking and a proactive troubleshooting mindset. • Strong sense of ownership and exceptional organizational skills. • Thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Familiar with general networking knowledge, integration with customer active directories, XML, XSLT, any APIs (SOAP / REST / JSON).
