Description

• We’re looking for a high-functioning business operations generalist in a fast-paced environment. • Support the Business Operations Lead and executive team by managing business priorities. • Context-shift and push projects forward by working across multiple lines of business. • Highly proactive self-starter able to iterate to meet business and leadership needs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of management consulting or equivalent experience • 3+ years of commercial experience, particularly in business operations and analysis, revenue operations, or sales operations roles • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to structure & present complex topics using slides and in-person • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including experiment design and financial forecasting • Project management experience and the capacity to handle multiple projects at once • Bias for action, even with imperfect information and resources • Highly proactive and able to work independently, but also highly collaborative and cross-functional • Bonus points for a passion for video games
