Description

• Provides timely, relevant and accurate reporting and analysis to support the organization • Perform ongoing sales, marketing and/or payments performance analysis to support daily operations • Analyze payment usage and associated costs to identify opportunities for optimization • Presents data findings to key stakeholders across the organization • Suggests and drives process improvements related to reporting and analysis • Designs and develops user-friendly dashboards prioritizing a strong UX/UI through design best practices and feedback loops with users • Preparation and Delivery of the forecast • Prepares and delivers sales, marketing and/or payments forecast • Utilizes Salesforce and financial systems to consolidate and report on forecast performance • Analyses key drivers of forecasted results vs prior periods and projections and pushes findings to leaders • Performs ad hoc modeling and analysis • Performs complex data related analytical projects to drive business decisions and efficiencies • Finds new sources of data and works with data scientists to incorporate into existing databases to execute analysis and present scenario-based modeling for data driven decision making • Monitors and reports relevant industry data and peer comparisons • Gathers, analyzes and summarizes data related to various business proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred) • Strong numerical abilities including experience with quantitative analysis, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling • Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, R) • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams • Experience working in fast-paced environments, particularly in SaaS, tech, or high-growth industries • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Analytics • Experience with reporting and analysis of payments data, including interchange analysis.
