• Type: Full-time Employee (W-2) position. • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant technical experience. • Residence: Current U.S. residence and within U.S for 3 of the past 5 years. Looking for SBA HubZone Residence and Workers. • Location: 100% United States (U.S.) Based Remote with ALL being performed within the U.S. • Trail Pass: U.S. Citizenship REQUIRED. • Role Summary: Join Via Logic, where innovation drives impact! We are seeking a talented Business Operations and Talent Analyst to support our internal small business operations. This full-time W2 position plays a critical role in optimizing internal processes, talent acquisition, and project coordination to help Via Logic grow and succeed.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in business operations, talent recruiting, or project coordination, with a proven ability to manage internal operations and resources. • Skills: • Strong proficiency in business operations, talent acquisition, and team coordination. • Skilled in using project management tools like Monday.com tracking workflows and project progress. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating across departments and engaging team members. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Preferred: Experience in talent management and internal project coordination, familiarity with agile methodologies, and prior experience in a fast-paced business environment.
