Description

• Oversee SEO client projects to identify risks, challenges, opportunities, and areas for improvement • Collaborate with the Client Services Manager to resolve them • Proactively develop, adapt, and refine SEO strategies to meet diverse client needs • Coach and mentor junior SEO strategists, helping them execute effective strategies and improve client communication • Serve as our team’s go-to resource for tricky questions related to SEO strategy or client management • Direct project managers and analysts in implementing your SEO strategies • Work with analysts to create high-quality and actionable deliverables that clients will love • Stay abreast of the newest marketing trends and strategies, as well as the latest updates to Google’s ranking algorithms • Mine Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, and other SEO tools to identify high-level opportunities and new initiatives • Maintain strong client relationships by addressing client concerns regarding the strategy, execution, and results of our marketing campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • A minimum of 2-3 years of SEO experience • Client management experience • At least a year of people management experience • Familiarity with client project management best practices • Experience in managing multiple tasks and priorities • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, and others • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for detailed reports and complex analysis • Fluency in written and verbal English for a business setting • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication • Strong organization and attention to detail • Passion for learning, growth, and teamwork
