•Celerion is committed to swift, exceptional clinical research through translational medicine. •Every day, we use our experience, agility, and innovative research strategies to help get drugs to market faster. •Looking for an opportunity to support a business creating life-saving treatments? •Hiring for a full-time Business Operations Manager to serve as a consistent point of contact from beginning to end of DMB portion of projects with accountability for DMB project deliverables and client satisfaction. •Requires a high-level of leadership, scientific background, relationship building and interaction skills, including, but not limited to judgment, problem-solving, influence, persuasion and negotiation, in working with internal operations/project team and client to ensure project success.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences or related field required. •Scientific background preferred •Requires high-level skills in the areas of strategic thinking, organization, multi-tasking, relationship-building, communication, judgment, problem-solving, persuading and negotiating. •Minimum 2 years industry experience, or equivalent, required. •3 years project team experience preferred. •Business management experience desired
