Requirements

• 2-3+ years experience in either management consulting or in a strategic operations role in a healthcare startup • Excellent analytics skills. You can run ad hoc analyses using SQL and Google Sheets, you can build dashboards in Google Sheets and Tableau. • Excellent business case and financial modeling skills. You can build a financial model to drive strategic decisions. • Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders, and ability to make a complex financial analysis understandable for a clinician or a care coordinator. • You love project management. You will become an Asana pro. You will work with a wide variety of stakeholders and effectively get them aligned and drive outcomes. • You love getting into the weeds. If a dashboard is broken you’re the first to dig through the formulas and the underlying data to understand why. If we need a metric or report but don’t have the data infrastructure built, you’re in the portal manually calculating it. • You are excited to lead strategic and operational projects as an Individual Contributor. This role is not expected to have management responsibilities in the near future.
