Description

• Focus on continuous improvement of business processes for increased efficiency • Analyze data, identify gaps, and track/trend issues • Responsible for project coordination from conception to completion • Leading change management and process improvement projects • Building strong relationships with BSS stakeholders • Create executive level summaries for senior leadership engagement • Enable design, development, and management of key communications for change management • Conduct process reviews to determine enhancement opportunities • Project-related activities including coordination and user acceptance testing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus two years’ relevant work experience • Insurance industry and system experience with AIM, ImageRight, and ConceptOne is strongly preferred • Experience managing process improvement and change management projects • Effectively manages multiple priorities and meets deadlines autonomously • Leader, self-starter, and change agent • Strong communicator, both verbal and written • Organized, detail-oriented, and analytical • Able to comprehend and analyze data • Facilitator with strong emotional intelligence • Dependable, resourceful, and autonomous • Thrives in a fast-paced organization • Competent in MS Office; Excel proficiency preferred • Insurance experience is a plus • Experience in project management tools such as Trello, Confluence & JIRA preferred • Willingness for occasional business travel required
