Description

• Focus on the continuous improvement of business processes • Analyze data, identify gaps, track/trend issues, and improve processes • Project coordination from idea conception to completion • Leading change management and/or process improvement projects • Communicate improvement opportunities in processes with a focus on scalability and standardization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus two years’ relevant work experience • Insurance industry and system experience with AIM, ImageRight, and ConceptOne is preferred • Experience managing process improvement and change management projects • Effectively manages multiple priorities and meets deadlines autonomously • Strong communicator, both verbal and written • Organized, detail-oriented, and analytical • Able to comprehend and analyze data • Competent in MS Office; Excel proficiency preferred • Insurance experience is a plus • Experience in project management tools such as Trello, Confluence & JIRA preferred • Willingness for occasional business travel required
