📋 Description
• The Director of FP&A will drive financial strategy and operational excellence across all of Atari’s business units. • Collaborate with the CFO and executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies. • Oversee the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. • Lead the FP&A function, including managing and mentoring the India-based FP&A team. • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy. • Develop and maintain robust financial models to support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities. • Oversee the development and maintenance of PowerBI KPI dashboards to ensure real-time access to actionable insights.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of progressive finance and leadership experience, preferably in gaming, entertainment, technology, or a related industry. • Proven experience managing FP&A teams and financial processes in a global, multi-unit organization. • Hands-on experience with system migrations and process improvement initiatives.
