📋 Description
• We are looking for an Actuarial Manager with a strong interest in contributing to a mission-driven environment • This exciting role will provide you with an opportunity to support a dedicated client project team • You’ll have the opportunity to interact with clients and participate in supporting a new business • You will train junior resources and manage their growth and performance • Additionally, you will continue to hone your ability to lead small and large actuarial projects • Demonstrate your desire to go above and beyond to serve clients, providing valuable insights
🎯 Requirements
• Ideal candidates have 6-10 years of experience • Working towards ASA or FSA, a minimum of 3 completed exams • Adaptable to ambiguity and able to handle undefined assignments • Experience and desire in developing junior actuarial resources • Experience leading a team • Experience in actuarial services • Strong organization skills • Insatiable curiosity and interest in learning new things • Demonstrated commitment to Athena’s mission, vision, and values • Experience in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
