🎯 Requirements
• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 5 years of experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on personal line insurance • Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 3 years experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance • ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society) • Solid understanding of the market landscape • Strong decision-making, leadership and motivational skills • Ability to coach, mentor, evaluate and provide training, guidance and constructive feedback to professional staff
