📋 Description

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for Phenom • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify recruitment technology trends • Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch • Collaborate to deliver high-quality product features • Serve as Workday Recruiting SME • Engage with customers and partners to gather feedback • Develop training materials and conduct workshops on Phenom and Workday Recruiting functionalities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience and/or extensive knowledge in Workday Recruiting or Phenom People • Strong knowledge of Workday Recruiting and its functionalities • Multi-tasking and organizational skills with excellent time management • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities • Experience creating and executing unit, integration and user acceptance test plans preferred • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills at all organizational levels • Experience managing tech in a SOX and SOC1 environment.
