Description

• Athennian increases trust in business. Our products help legal, finance, and tax teams be transaction and audit-ready by organizing business entity and corporate structure information. • Over 370,000 business entities in almost every country are managed on Athennian to automate workflows for ownership, company secretarial, governance, tax, and compliance. • We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with a passion for finding solutions that allow customers to intuitively use our products. • You’ll focus on UI/UX design, and on what constitutes a great user experience—then you’ll work with teams across Athennian to research, design, and execute products that influence the entire industry. • You’ll be heavily involved in user research and user testing, so it’s essential that you’re able to effectively collaborate with others, as well as communicate clearly with team members of diverse backgrounds.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product design in user facing SaaS platforms • A proven track record in senior design positions, working across all stages of product development from early-stage discovery to implementation • Fluency with design and collaboration tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, InVision) • Deep empathy for the users that you design for, and a proven ability to orient others around the needs and pain points of those users • Confidence and communication skills to effectively convey and defend the rationale behind your design decisions to a variety of stakeholders • Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback to make data-driven decisions • A portfolio showcasing your proven ability to deliver impactful, user-centered solutions that resonate with and delight users • Passion for design; not satisfied with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improve • Commitment to creating systems around workflows that are beneficial for the team
