Description

• Senior UX Designer - Web and Mobile Enterprise Applications • Location: Canada (East Coast Hours) • Urbint uses AI and the latest industry science to identify threats to workers and infrastructure to stop safety incidents before they happen. We are a tight-knit team working together to build powerful technology that prevents serious injuries and infrastructure damages. Many of the largest energy and infrastructure companies in North America trust Urbint to protect workers, assets, communities, and the environment. • We are looking for a talented Senior UX Designer to join our team and help design intuitive, effective, and engaging user experiences for our web and mobile enterprise applications. You will work closely with product managers, engineers and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into innovative design solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on web and mobile applications for field workers. • Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar. • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. • Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). • Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines. • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
