Description

• Defines project scope, deliverables, roles, and responsibilities in collaboration with stakeholders • Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories • Collaborate with project manager on user story and requirement roadmap planning and prioritization • Write clear and well-structured business requirements and/or user stories by communicating and validating requirements with relevant stakeholders • Write clear and well-structures test cases and test plans • Follows a method of change management including ownership of documentation, communication plans, process training, etc. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Identifies, clarifies and communicates • Manage scope throughout the project duration • Maintains accurate documentation, scope and acceptance criteria • Executes testing of test cases and document clear bugs and troubleshooting steps for development team • Develops integrated business and information flow studies • Provides technical support to clients • Conducts technical studies and evaluates business requirements and technological alternatives; recommends appropriate solutions • Identify automation opportunities • Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to understand business performance • Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements • Develop and maintain reporting tools • Perform data discovery, analysis and modeling • Travel into the Atiba office as needed and attend client meetings in Nashville • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 3-5 years of Business Analyst / QA Engineer work experience • PC experience, especially in Microsoft Office applications • Successful completion of a drug and background screen • Experience with Jira Atlassian, Confluence and automated test tools (preferred) • Local proximity to Nashville, TN is preferred.
