🎯 Requirements
• Analytics Experience - Bring 5+ years of proven analytics and operations experience from high-growth B2B software companies. You've built measurement frameworks for major initiatives, created executive-level dashboards, and have a track record of turning complex datasets into actionable insights. • Technical Foundation - Advanced SQL expertise and proficiency with modern BI tools (Sigma experience is a plus). You're comfortable building data pipelines and have a strong grasp of data architecture principles that ensure scalable, reliable analytics. • Operations Excellence - Strong experience evaluating, implementing, and optimizing enterprise software tools. You've built scalable processes, driven tool adoption, and consistently demonstrated ROI on operational investments while maintaining high data quality standards. • Business Impact - Proven ability to connect operational metrics to business outcomes.
