🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of governance frameworks (e.g. policy management, Access control or/and compliance). • Proven ability to engage deeply with customers, particularly large and complex organizations, to identify their needs and translate them into impactful product solutions. • Ability to navigate complex customer workflows and build intuitive solutions for technical and non-technical users alike. • Experience managing and growing product teams. • Strong communication skills to inspire cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across stakeholders. • Track record of driving end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch, with a relentless focus on outcomes. • Proficiency in balancing short-term wins and long-term vision in a fast-paced environment. • Comfortable collaborating with engineers to make technical trade-offs and prioritize features based on impact. • Knowledge of AI and data governance technologies and standards, such as data classification, access controls, and lineage tracking.
