Senior Product Manager - Data Governance

Description
• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for data modern data governance features, including access control, SCIM, custom metadata, and policy management. • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and establish technical partnerships to develop and execute the product roadmap. • Engage and nurture relationships with customers and prospects, to ensure solving for customer pains and maximize the value derived from our modern data governance capabilities.
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in roles related to Data Governance, metadata management, or access control. • Familiarity with data governance frameworks, compliance, standards, and data privacy principles and regulations. • Ability to distill user problems/needs and market trends into impactful product strategies. • Experienced instilling sustainability and scale, acting as a change agent within the organization. • Build strong relationships and foster cross-functional collaboration across teams. • Excel in both inbound and outbound interactions for problem discovery, problem-solving, and roadmapping. • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Resilient, self-motivated, and a self-starter capable of navigating ambiguity effectively. • Working knowledge of modern data stack tools is a plus
