Description

• Seeking an experienced Senior Technical Writer to lead external documentation for Atlan’s new PaaS offering. • Role equips developers, Systems Integrators (SIs), and partners with resources to integrate and extend the PaaS product. • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to create API documentation, SDK guides, and onboarding materials.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of technical writing experience, with a strong focus on platform-as-a-service (PaaS) products or developer-oriented documentation (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow). • Technical Skills: Proven experience in creating and managing documentation for complex APIs, SDKs, and developer tools within enterprise environments, particularly for third-party developers. • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape, with familiarity in the modern data stack (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) and experience working within platform as a service ecosystems. • Future-Oriented: Ability to proactively identify documentation needs based on ongoing engineering projects, rather than waiting for fully developed features.
