• Convert business requirements into high-level and low-level designs, ensuring that solutions align with the overall architecture. • Develop high-quality, robust systems by following best practices and industry standards. • Identify scalability and stability challenges within the system and proactively plan for iterative improvements. • Participate in code reviews and problem-solving brainstorming sessions to maintain code quality and encourage collaborative thinking. • Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure that development efforts are prioritized correctly and aligned with business needs. • Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Java or Go, with a strong understanding of distributed systems, ElasticSearch, and concurrency/multithreading. • Experience with Kubernetes and multi-tenancy or vClusters.
