Description

• Senior / Lead ML Tooling Software Engineer at Atlas AI • Define, build, test, and deliver GeoAI platform • Own design, development, deployment, and support of cloud-scale training services • Engage internal collaborators and partners to plan solutions • Architect and develop serverless solutions across cloud platforms • Lead client-oriented API design and development • Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes • Make informed decisions balancing speed and quality

Requirements

• Three or more years as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer with PyTorch, sklearn, and lightgbm • Two or more years as a Backend Software Engineer with Python, GDAL, and GeoSpatial tools in the cloud • Three or more years building around Earth Observation use-cases • Demonstrable experience with Python, Pandas, PyTorch, GDAL • Experience with building distributed computing infrastructure for on-demand and batch processing • Self-starter attitude, comfortable working independently in start-up environments • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills • Independence and ownership of work in a dynamic environment • Intellectual curiosity and desire to contribute across cultures
