Description

• Serve as primary link between clients, EAs, and Atlas team • Ensure effective communication and smooth client-EA onboarding • Champion for client's needs during onboarding • Impact client satisfaction and company growth through positive experiences • Act as key contact for clients • Review and improve onboarding processes • Assist with client communication • Conduct calls with clients during onboarding • Coordinate task delegation between clients and EAs • Work closely with sales, Talent Acquisition, and product teams • Maintain high-quality onboarding processes

Requirements

• Previous experience in a client-facing role • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong organizational and documentation skills • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively • Familiarity with relevant tools and software • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills • Strong understanding of performance metrics • Experience maximizing customer lifetime value • Effective at customer resolutions/cases • Experience with up-selling products • Familiar with Client NPS scores and customer surveys • Ability to identify signals of at-risk accounts
