• The Occupancy Planning CAD Analyst role is responsible for delivering CAD and Polylining services during the implementation of IWMS/CAFM software. • This position is accountable for the ongoing maintenance of CAD drawings as well as the connection of the CAD drawings with the Computer Aided Facility Maintenance/IWMS platform.
Requirements
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or relevant work experience • 2 Years of relevant experience • 3+ years of CAD/CAFM drawing or CAD/CAFM technical and project-related experience. • Strong understanding of CAD tools • A strong working knowledge of CAD/CAFM/IWMS systems • Excellent MS skills inducing: Power Point, Excel, Access, Word • Excellent understanding of CAD/CAFM/IWMS systems and experienced in using its data to deliver projects • Experienced in working on multiple CAD/CAFM/IWMS implementations and projects simultaneously and remotely • Strong written and verbal skills • Ability to communicate ideas in a concise and summarized manner without personal bias • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills • Ability to self-govern and make sound decisions • Ability to develop relationships that can lead to long term assignments • Strong ability to collaborate with others • Understanding of and experience in implementing quality assurance and continuous improvement programs
