Description

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Human Computer Interaction or relevant work experience • 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager, Agile professional, or Project Coordinator, bonus if it was on a SaaS platform or customer-facing experience • Ability to evaluate product performance metrics, as well as diagnose and resolve issues • Strong technical background; experience as an engineer or technical lead is a plus • Mac and Google Suite familiarity • Strong understanding of Atlassian products, with an ability to achieve goals and efficiencies using them - Confluence, Jira, etc… • Demonstrated success leading teams with or without reporting authority, and driving project success in an Agile environment • Excellent communicator with superb listening, speaking, and writing skills • Passion for identifying and solving problems • Strong experience facilitating cross-functional processes, and creating a collaborative environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and learning • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to drive decision-making and action across an organization • Experience working directly with engineers and managers on highly complex initiatives across multiple teams and organizations • Strong ability to balance multiple priorities with acute attention to detail
