• Advance your career as a Nonprofit Program Manager, where your leadership, organizational skills, and passion for impact play a pivotal role in driving a nonprofit’s success. • We're actively seeking individuals who excel in managing programs, coordinating resources, fostering community relationships, and ensuring that programs align with organizational goals. • Lead the planning, development, and implementation of the organization’s programs and initiatives in alignment with the organization's mission and strategic goals. • Conduct needs assessments and research to identify community needs, gaps in services, and opportunities for program expansion or improvement. • Design program objectives, activities, and outcomes based on identified needs, best practices, and stakeholder input. • Develop and manage your program’s budget(s), ensuring effective allocation of resources, adherence to funding requirements, and financial sustainability. • Oversee grant-funded programs, including proposal writing, grant reporting, and compliance with grant requirements and reporting deadlines. • Cultivate and maintain partnerships with community organizations, government agencies, funders, and other stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness and sustainability. • Develop and implement program monitoring and evaluation systems to track progress, measure outcomes, and assess program effectiveness.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in program management or coordination, or a related role within the nonprofit sector. • Program Development: Demonstrated experience in program planning and implementation, including needs assessments, program design, and outcome measurement. • Grant Management and Reporting: Proficiency in grant management, including reporting to funders. • Budget Management: Financial management skills, including experience in developing and managing program budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring compliance with funding requirements. • Project Management: Ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and achieving program goals. • Collaboration and Partnership Building: Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including community partners, funders, volunteers, and program participants. • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate program goals, objectives, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
