• Design, develop, and maintain scalable adtech platforms and solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions • Lead architectural and design discussions • Mentor and guide junior engineers • Optimize system performance and reliability • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and propose innovations • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues • Contribute to development processes and tools improvement
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with focus on adtech or related industry • Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages • Experience with adtech platforms and real-time bidding • Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud computing • Knowledge of databases, both SQL and NoSQL • Excellent problem-solving skills • Prior experience in a leadership or mentorship role
