🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a design-focused marketing role or similar position, with a proven ability to manage creative projects from concept to execution. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and design tools like Figma. • Basic familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g. Webflow) • Exceptional communication skills and confidence in making design decisions for the company. • Strong interpersonal skills and experience working closely with various teams, such as executive leadership, sales and other designers. • Bias for action, high judgment, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • A willingness to learn, adapt, accept feedback and take on new challenges, with a focus on personal and professional development to grow alongside the company.
