Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building production web applications • Strong expertise in React and modern JavaScript (ES6+) • Experience with frontend state management (Redux, Context API, etc.) • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles • Experience with Tailwind CSS and component-based styling • Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques • Experience with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) • Understanding of RESTful APIs and modern browser technologies • Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines • Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration
