• About Us • Aurora Labs is the development company behind Aurora—the EVM blockchain that runs on the NEAR Protocol. • We invite you to be a part of our team of smart, professional, result-oriented and fun individuals. • Join us to help ensure that our background processes run smoothly while we are striving to become the best in the industry. • We are currently looking for a Partnerships Manager to lead strategic alliances with both Web2 and Web3 clients. • You will play a key role in expanding our ecosystem by identifying, nurturing, and growing partnerships that align with our vision. • This is an opportunity for someone passionate about the future of blockchain, who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and understands the unique demands of both traditional and decentralized industries. • Responsibilities • Develop and execute partnership strategies to expand our presence in both Web2 and Web3 spaces. • Identify and engage potential partners, including enterprises, blockchain startups, and ecosystem projects. • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive growth, adoption, and successful collaboration. • Own, onboard and scale our new Reseller Program relating to our Aurora Cloud ProductSupport internal programs for Project acquisition to drive ecosystem growth. • Own and scale the Affiliate Partnership channel including the self onboarding Partner channels for Aurora Cloud. • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, legal, etc.) to align partnership efforts. • Structure, negotiate, and close partnership deals, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term success. • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings, advocating for our solutions and building a strong network. • Monitor and analyze partnership performance, ensuring KPIs and deliverables are met. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in both the Web2 and Web3 sectors to inform partnership opportunities. • Actively participate in relevant ecosystem communities, attend industry events, and represent the company to foster relationships and brand awareness. • Our Values • Execute extreme ownership. • Strive for excellence. • Embrace authenticity. • Promote merit. • Get shit done.
• 4+ years in a similar role in partnerships or business development, preferably within the crypto or fintech industry. • Previous experience in Crypto or Blockchain in the local markets, with existing relationships or knowledge about influential figures in the local ecosystem. • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the Web3 ecosystem. • Demonstrable track record of initiating, managing & monetizing relationships with clients or partners eg. driving business results with clients & partners, drafting documentations & agreements. • Excellent command of professional written & oral English, writing & presentation samples are welcome.
