Description

• Join a leading Texas-based company specializing in high-end comfort products and home accessories. • As the Assistant Controller, ensure financial integrity and contribute to strategic decision-making. • Oversee all aspects of accounting, financial planning, and analysis while leading and mentoring one direct report. • Collaborate across departments to support growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA/CPA preferred) • 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, and leadership roles • Expertise in cost and inventory accounting within a manufacturing environment • Proven ability to manage monthly close processes for mid-market organizations • Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and GL management • Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal tax compliance • Hands-on experience with CTEC or ERP systems (preferred) • Familiarity with e-commerce and Amazon Seller Central (a plus) • Financial statement audit experience (a plus)
