• Authorium is reimagining complex document-centric workflows through a unified platform. • Join as a Senior Engineer and contribute to innovative document process automation. • Own and architect significant technical features from conception to production deployment. • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to best practices. • Collaborate with product and design teams for elegant solutions to workflow challenges. • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and technical documentation. • Drive technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions influencing the platform. • Contribute to continuous integration and deployment processes.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with significant work on enterprise SaaS applications • Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails and modern JavaScript frameworks • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and optimization techniques • Proven track record of building scalable, maintainable software systems • Strong knowledge of software development principles and design patterns • Experience with cloud services (AWS) and containerization technologies • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment • Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with document processing and workflow automation systems • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements • Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven systems • Experience with Redis, Sidekiq, or similar background processing systems • Experience working with government or enterprise clients • Contributions to open-source projects
