• Join AutogenAI – Revolutionising Bid and Proposal Writing with generative AI. • As an Onboarding Specialist at AutogenAI, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all users realise the magic that AutogenAI brings to the bid and tender writing process. • By leading our customer onboarding and adoption journey, you'll ensure every customer experiences the full potential of our AI-powered solutions. • You will be responsible for impactful training and support, working closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams. • This role offers unique opportunities to create memorable, meaningful customer interactions, drive product adoption, and contribute to our platform’s strategic growth across user communities.
Requirements
• Experience: 3+ years in customer onboarding, training, or customer success roles, with a focus on SaaS or cloud-based platforms. • Industry Knowledge: Background or familiarity with industries such as engineering, construction, infrastructure, or transport logistics is advantageous. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in virtual training platforms and CRM software; experience with project management tools is a plus. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
